Meet the creative minds behind Y'allternative Events—Lauren Bratcher, Mandi Hill, and Jessicka Kinser. They’re not your average event planners; they’re a passionate trio dedicated to brightening up our community.

Leading the charge is Lauren Bratcher, our CEO, whose wealth of experience in business conference planning and expo attendance spans decades. As the Deputy Director of Kentucky NORML, she advocates for cannabis law reform. Lauren also founded the Kentucky Cannabis Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit focused on educating Kentuckians about cannabis science and navigating Kentucky's emerging medical cannabis program. Beyond lobbying, Lauren brought cannabis education to the Bowling Green community by opening Bowling Green's first One Love Hemp Dispensary, with her her husband, Matthew Bratcher. But these are just her day jobs. First and foremost, she is a mother to three homeschooled children. Y'allternative Events is an extension of her passions, made possible with the collaboration of her friends and partners, Mandi Hill and Jessicka Kinser.

Mandi, a devoted mother of three and fiancée to a tie-dye virtuoso from Three Folds Tie-Dye, brings a unique family-oriented approach to event planning. Inspired by her experience in the festival scene, Mandi is thrilled to be a part of Y'allternative Events.

Jessicka, a soon-to-be wife and mother of two amazing teenagers, juggles her days in healthcare with a passion for creating inclusive community gatherings. Her focus is on connecting with people, offering support, and making a positive impact. Alongside her partners, Jessicka is excited to bring these values to life.

Together, this dynamic trio is fueled by a vision that values creativity and amplifies the voices of underrepresented individuals in our community. Y'allternative Events goes beyond typical event planning—we celebrate family, inclusion, and the vibrant spirit of our community.
